Office Manager:

At Chapel Springs Church we’re committed to helping people follow Jesus.  We’re looking for a dynamic administrative office manager.  This position has a place on our leadership team and is vital to the work of the mission.

In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate support services of the administrative offices.  You will collaborate, identify, and apply administrative best practices with pastors, directors, and administrative staff to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will also interface with vendors, volunteers, church congregants and the public.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Database management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • General knowledge of office equipment and publication tools.
  • Excellent command of English composition and punctuation.
  • The ability to handle situations with grace, flexibility and discretion.

Chapel Springs Church
Associate Youth Director:

At Chapel Springs Church we’re committed to helping people follow Jesus.  We’re looking for a full-time associate director for our youth ministry.  If you possess excellent leadership, communication, organizational, administrative/management skills,  experience implementing youth worship service; and have a strong commitment helping young people get to know Jesus, we want to talk to you!

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling all components of the weekly youth worship event, from planning and rehearsal to the actual service (This is a bonus – not a requirement.)
  • Serving as coordinator of the Fine Arts Program and a liaison between human video and choir groups
  • Recruiting and training core student leadership
  • Crisis support and counseling
  • Overseeing Retreats and other Youth Events

Special Needs Ministry Coordinator: Part Time

Reports to: Children’s Pastor

Date: 12/15/2021

Principle Function:

Develop and lead the Special Needs Ministry of Chapel Springs, which effectively provides a safe and loving environment for individuals with special needs from ages 0-adult. Supply individuals with a safe and loving environment that will provide support, based upon their unique strengths and needs, to allow for spiritual development through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Ministry Group:  Spiritual Formation

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective special needs ministry for individuals at Chapel Springs, birth thru adult.
  • Clearly communicate a vision for the special needs ministry.
  • Oversee the intake of all new families to determine proper placement into the appropriate class or program.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the safety of students and staff.
  • Recruit and develop a network of teachers, leaders, mentors and buddies who will disciple students with disabilities toward spiritual maturity in various settings.
  • Coordinate the curriculum needs for the various ministries in special needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leader and worker training.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the ministry.
  • Develop and maintain ministry budget.

Chapel Springs Church
Communications Associate, Full Time:

Responsibilities

Communications Associate will work closely with the Comms. Director. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of projects dependent upon the expertise of the applicant. The projects will be in support of Chapel Springs Church ministries, events, and initiatives. They will create and produce digital, or printed visual solutions while upholding and reinforcing the Chapel Springs Church brand. This position will also include a variety of administrative duties, and assist with a plethora of creative initiatives.

Possible Skills
(If you have experience in ANY of the following, please note them along with your level of experience, time invested, and software primarily used)
● Graphic Design
● Web/App Management
● Social Media Management
● Social Media Content Creation
● Practiced in Adobe Creative Suite programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, After Effects, etc.
● Understanding of core design principles (typography, layout, etc.)
● Highly relational and task-oriented
● Effective Communication Skills
● Willingness to assist on projects and tasks outside of the norm to benefit the team
● Vision and passion for God’s work through Chapel Springs Church

Hours and Expectations
The position is a full time position with a full benefits package. Participation in weekly Staff Chapel, Monthly Staff Meetings, and other all-staff events and services throughout the year is also expected.

Early Childhood Associate, Part Time:

The Early Childhood Associate will work with the Early Childhood Coordinator to plan and perform various administrative tasks, assist with team scheduling, executing Sunday check-in processes, and organize and oversee childcare for “all church” events.

Facilities Tech, Full Time:

Principle Functions:
Facility Technicians are responsible for the care and maintenance of all church owned or leased facilities, which includes: all buildings, grounds, equipment, furnishings, and vehicles. Techs help to oversee systems including electrical and lighting, heating and cooling, and plumbing. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures and major trades, such as HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, and plumbing are beneficial.
