Baptism is an important milestone on your pathway of following Jesus.

The Bible beautifully portrays baptism as our identification with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, your old way of life is gone, and you begin a new life with Christ. Our baptism symbolizes this reality, publicly proclaiming we have died to our old sinful nature and are raised into new life so we can follow Jesus.

If you have come to this point on your spiritual journey and are ready to give public testimony, it’s time to be baptized. At Chapel Springs Church, we celebrate baptisms in a public celebration during our worship services. Your church family witnesses and celebrates with you! 

If you are interested in being baptized, and are at least 8 years old, you must come to a short class that will help you understand what you're doing and why you're doing it. So, whether you've been following Jesus for a long time or are a new Christian, we would be honored to baptize you!
