The Village: Coordinator

Chapel Springs Church has an opening for the Village Coordinator, our special needs ministry.

We are looking for someone with a heart and love for those with special needs, who understands team dynamics, has strong relational and organizational skills, is a creative thinker, has experience working with students with special needs and their families, and can work well with kids, adults, volunteers, and families in our congregation and community.

This individual will recruit, train, and maintain a team of “Buddies” to offer support to individuals ages 0-adult who need additional help in the Sunday morning environment.

The Village Coordinator will also supply individuals with a safe and loving environment that will provide support, based upon their unique strengths and needs, to allow for spiritual development through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

This is a part-time position.
